Ken Poyner’s current nine collections of poetry and flash fiction can be found at most online booksellers.  He spent 33 years in information systems management, is married to a world-record holding female power lifter, and has a family of several cats and beta fish.  The computer music group Out of Orion has released two albums, “Sermons for the Rain” and “Celebrations of the Unwelcomed”, of Ken’s poetry to their music, available at digital music stores.  www.kpoyner.com

These musical albums are odd.  Using poetry not originally intended to be lyrics, as lyrics, produces an meatier song.  Not as melodious, but hopefully more intriguing.
