The Owl and the Otter
by Richard D. Moll
The question unanswered, he began to pace,
The man this problem he now had to face.
He called his friend for advice to lend,
A customer’s problem he needed to tend.
The chemistry was tricky and the application mean.
The customer was thinking the rep wasn’t too keen.
But the Owl and the Otter together they schemed,
A solution was born and the customer beamed.
