Maureen Currie is a children’s book author. She recently released her third book, Doughnut Downpour, Farmhouse Folklore, an alphabet book of compound word pairs. She worked as a speech-language pathologist for the Rochester City School District, where she encouraged her students to write books to help with the production of speech sounds. Maureen lives in Rochester with her husband and golden retriever, Teddy.
