Joseph S. daCosta, a graduate of Boston University’s film program, realized ,two decades later, that what he really wanted to do was write.  ‘Pike the Vike’ marks Joseph’s debut as a novelist.  Like the titular hero, he is heavily influenced by mythology and tales of wonder.  Unlike Leif Pike, he has never been punched by a Minotaur.  Joseph lives in Westtown, New York with his cat, Barkis.
